Vote Today!

Voter registration in Florida requires that one be eligible to vote (18 yrs, citizen, Florida resident, mentally sound, not convicted of a felony), one must provide their current and valid drivers license, and one must complete and mail the Florida Voter Registration Application form.

Voting takes place at local libraries, churches, schools, or other institutions open to the public, voters must present a current valid photo I.D. voters need to be respectful of one another's privacy(photography is not allowed)


Presidential Preference Primary: January 31, 2011
Primary Election: August 14, 2012
General Election: November 6, 2012

It provides useful information on voting in an orderly manner


What obstacles to voting exist in your community?


Voting times may prevent potential voters from voting because of conflicts with work hours

Would you recommend any changes in the voter registration procedures you researched? If so, what would you recommend?


I would not, they seem well thought out and effective at achieving their goal
